Bell Annapolis on West

I moved into Bell West on Annapolis in Nov 2024. I was warned by my last property manager about a rodent issue, but Bell West’s staff (specifically Tysia) lied and said there were none. Not even 6 months later, I had a rat run into my apartment from the hot water room — while I was working from home with my toddler. I screamed and ran to the office. They said it was gone. It wasn’t. It ran out AGAIN later that day.

This wasn’t the first time either — I had already seen rats in the trash room... twice before. I stopped inviting guests over out of embarrassment. The parking garage was always broken, there’s no valet trash, and the neighbors constantly leave garbage out front. I also dealt with ants, fruit flies, and loud stomping from above. Pest control told me other units had roaches too.

I stayed in a hotel after the rat incident and never returned. They still tried to charge me for a full lease and threatened collections. No one from upper management ever contacted me. Meanwhile, they reposted my unit for $600 more days after I moved out.

Wonderful place to live the staff is really friendly and nice and they Do take care of your concerns and work orders having all the amenities are great also.

As a longtime resident here I think Bell Apts are the best. The staff is great.
