    Rat Infested Filthy and Unsanitary!

    This apartment complex is extremely filthy and dirty! The grounds throughout the complex and inside all the apartment buildings are filthy and unsanitary with: Old rusted railings with exposed sharp metal, building walls and grounds are badly stained with food and dirt patches, and lingering foul smells. Insect/ bug and rat infestation. The property managers blame city of Bowie for near by construction. However, there is no construction happening near the apartment complex. Also there is… building up black mold in the water Pipes and high car vandalism.

    This place is disgusting and the living conditions are nearly inhumane!
