Five stars to the hard-working maintenance team we have. Jeff is so nice and helpful, he always waves and says hi to me, and answers all my questions while fixing any problems I have quickly and easily. I recently had a minor plumbing problem and within an hour he was there fixing it. Chris is awesome, too, always so responsive and nice! Thanks Jeff and Chris for all you do!

Nice location. Residents are excessively smoking including shared public areas. Loud noise even past quiet hours in the hall way and screaming.

I love how well the property is cared for. Maintenance and groundskeeping efforts are ongoing, keeping our surroundings beautiful and pleasant, year round. I appreciate a schedule being published for residents to know what kind of repairs to expect inside the buildings; also where and when they'll be done.
