Unfortunately I moved into a dirty apartment, my new apartment had not been dusted and the floors were sticky. It took over two weeks to get a response from the property about my concerns and has still not been resolved a month later. Very disappointing for a luxury apartment. Moving in was a hassle as the elevator was not reserved as I was told it would be. The location is great and the amenities are beautiful but rules are unclear surrounding their use. The residents are not notified when a... space is reserved for a private event, you just find out when you go try to use that space. The security officers at the front desk are 3rd party contractors and cannot answer any questions about the building, but there is no way for new residents to know this. There are many easy fixes that could be made to improve the overall experience of living here, but it is very overpriced.

From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt a strong sense of community. The building itself is well-maintained, with clean, modern amenities that make life here convenient and comfortable. The management team is attentive and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

One of the standout features of this place is the sense of security. The building has top-notch security measures, including surveillance cameras, secure access points, and a friendly doorman... who adds a personal touch. It's reassuring to know that I can relax and feel safe at home.

The neighbors here are friendly, and I’ve had the chance to connect with several of them through building events and casual interactions. It’s a nice mix of people from all walks of life, which creates a vibrant, diverse atmosphere.
