I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with this apartment community.
The staff is very friendly and courteous, which I truly appreciate. However, the overall experience has been frustrating due to poor organization and lack of communication.
The move-in process was chaotic — important details were missed, and it felt like no one was fully prepared. On top of that, trying to get in touch with the office has been a challenge. Calls often go unanswered, and... voicemails aren’t returned in a timely manner. Even when I did reach someone, the information provided was often inconsistent or unclear.
This community has potential, and the staff seems like they want to help, but the management team seriously needs to improve their processes. If you’re looking for a smooth move-in and responsive communication, I would think twice before choosing this place.
