I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with this apartment community.

The staff is very friendly and courteous, which I truly appreciate. However, the overall experience has been frustrating due to poor organization and lack of communication.

The move-in process was chaotic — important details were missed, and it felt like no one was fully prepared. On top of that, trying to get in touch with the office has been a challenge. Calls often go unanswered, and... voicemails aren’t returned in a timely manner. Even when I did reach someone, the information provided was often inconsistent or unclear.

This community has potential, and the staff seems like they want to help, but the management team seriously needs to improve their processes. If you’re looking for a smooth move-in and responsive communication, I would think twice before choosing this place.

I am very disappointed. I have been here for 3 years now and when new people move in the hallways are littered with trash or no one puts the bag of trash next to the dumpers even if the dumpers is not full or open the car and discard their trash and the parking is so terrible. I have COPD and I am on the third floor and love to be able to park out front not a block up.

Resident experience so far has been decent but things could definitely be better such as maintenance and plumbing. But other than that the apartment and complex is in tip top shape

My partner and I have been living here for almost four years, and we still absolutely love it. The maintenance team continues to be reliable, responsive, and friendly, and the front office staff is just as amazing—always professional and helpful.

One thing I really appreciate is how well the community is maintained. The landscaping is always kept clean and beautiful, which really adds to the peaceful and welcoming environment.

My only request is regarding the in-unit washer and dryer. I’ve... noticed that some apartments in our building have them, but ours does not. Having one would be a huge convenience for my partner and me.

Aside from that, we truly have no complaints and plan to renew our lease for another year. This has been a wonderful place to call home!
