Living at Renew White Marsh has been a great experience. The community is nice and quiet, which makes it a peaceful place to come home to. The staff has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. I really appreciate how welcoming and supportive they are. It was a flawless move in. The rental office was amazing and quickly addressed any concerns. And I love my apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to move. The gym and pool is an added bonus.

Ok but leasing office lacks consistency and professionalism. Pool was clean this year but still riff raff at the pool that was even swimming.

Trash continues to be a major problem. It is clean after the cleaning people, but by the weekend the dumpsters or parking lots of full of trash. Still have a leak in my back bedroom that was supposed to be fixed, but every time it rains , it leaks. Would love to get rid of my carpet in the living room. Pay enough rent for this to happen.
