Exceptional staff who are willing to assist when needed, and, always with a smile.
The property is well maintained, trash chute area is monitored thereby avoiding cramped and untidy area.
The hallways are clean and maintained on a daily basis.

Great building and amenities. Close to Grosvenor/Strathmore metro stop on the Red Line. Grosvenor Market being next door is a big plus for convenience
