I truly had a pleasurable time living at the Affinity for over 5 years. The location is prime and all the amenities were perfect for my needs. Management was accessible anytime I needed them and maintenance would fix any problem within 24 hours. I love how we have a package room to keep packages as safe as possible.

Terrible management
This most recent iteration of the management is the worst yet. The building gets worse and worse by the day and the rent continues to go up. If you're looking in the area look at anywhere else.

Terrible Communication
I have never in my life tried to get in contact with an apartment building like this one. I want to take a tour but trying to get in contact with Affinity on Georgia is like PULLING TEETH it’s insane! I’ve tried calling I’ve tried emailing every email I can find & I’ve tried everything I can as I am not local and just nothing. No responses. WOW!

Issues
I’ve been living in this apartment for a year and renters beware. I live on the 8th floor that has opera singers as neighbors and despite talking to them they sing loudly for hours all day. Have emailed management and nothing ever seems to be done. I have also spoken to surrounding neighbors and there is a lack of resolution and growing frustration. I mean I can hear them clear as day and I am not directly next door. The apartments are nice however the floor in the halls and walkways are filthy.... The gym has broken equipment and missing equipment and is inadequate and incomplete. There have been a series of thefts and despite paying for a Concerige they are not staffed all night. The maintenance staff is amazing. The leasing/management office are unresponsive and makes it frustrating when you reach out to them.
