Core

I was transitioning from Florida to Maryland was very nervous but Joyce Ashley and the rest of the staff were so wonderful to me they are about my move and made it so stress free.. The Core is beautiful the my apartment is perfect the amenities are amazing!! I give it a 5 in every aspect from the staff and property!!

There's a lot to write. The entire floor smells of marijuana half the time that my actual apartment smells like it. The noise of the neighbors is insane, they blast bass to the point a picture frame fell off my wall. You cant sleep so your forced to sleep in the living room, what's the point of paying rent? Overpriced, they lure you with it's outside nature but the leasing staff is so bad, it's unlivable.

The building is three years old and my floor has had two pipes burst so bad they caused flooding in multiple units. Management is either unresponsive or rude, amenities are closed almost all the time, and homeless people get in and wander about.

Been living with mold for 4 months, and no one does anything about it. Management and maintenance knows, but they are just doing nothing. Heat and cooling also was broken and took weeks to fix. Not worth the money, been here for years and it just gets worse. If you value your health, don't live here.

I just re-signed my lease and have been so happy living here! The apartments, building, and amenities are all beautiful and good quality! The staff and management has always been friendly and helpful. There have been times I’ve had some issues getting responses for my e-mails, but ultimately I can usually get my questions answered eventually. Compared to most management I’ve experienced, this is hardly a complaint. However, maintenance is always quick when requested and has so far always been... there the next day! The elevators are also always pretty quick. The building is always kept very clean and really does a great job implementing modern technologies for SO many convenient little touches. The building seems to attract a younger but professional demographic - millennials mostly, not many families. I have never once heard my neighbors and very rarely hear anything from above! Sound does seem to travel INTO the hallways - but across units is extremely sound proof! The price can be a little steep for some units when taking into account the size or lack of balconies in certain units and the parking is also pretty expensive - but it is secure. Overall, this is the best experience I have had with renting. I absolutely love it here!
I find that people usually love leaving reviews to complain and I would guess that the lack of reviews on here says something about the lack of complaints for this place. Read More
