New Management - Very Poor

The new management refuses to return phone calls or emails. I have had 3-4 requests for assistance from the office and they NEVER pick up the phone during office hours and don't return messages. But if you owe them money, they suddenly have the ability to contact you to demand payment.

I love the building, but the staff doesn't appear to care about resident concerns or needs. They are only focused on collecting rent.

Very disappointed.

The fenley has potential but grew too fast. They havent had consistent management and the whole team is new since I moved in. They only try to get people through the door and into an apartment but really dont have any consideration for the residents after that.

Living at the Fenley is a very average experience. We never went to any of the community events because in the first few months of going to the gym no one ever spoke words to us, so we never felt inclined to go. Never met a single one of our neighbors, people barely look up from their key. They may flash a smile out of the side of their mouth once in a while. In the summer you can forget about afternoon naps if your apartment overlooks the pool, you’ll have kids screaming at the top of their... lungs for several hours. One the kids start screaming, after dark, young adults can be heard having parties using the grill. I think I saw a group of boys making a music video once. When I would come in the front door occasionally, I would rarely get a smile from the front desk worker, let alone get them to look up from their computer (depending on the member). The one time we reserved one of the office spaces, they forgot to label it reserved and it was a very uncomfortable experience trying to tell someone to move all of their stuff because we had it reserved.
