This building used to be nice until Cushman-Wakefield purchased it. Very few of the amenities are in working order; the package lockers are nice, the gym still exists, and in-unit laundry is always good. However, the grills no longer work, the courtyard is bare and boring, the hot tub is gone, and the fire table doesn't work. There hasn't been any regular security for years.
The apartments don't get any refreshes between tenants — our unit had several dings & scratches, and did not get new... paint or carpet before we moved in. The disposal wasn't functional.
The neighborhood is walkable with two grocery stores within two blocks. Access to public transportation is top notch. It gets wild on the weekends as there are bars/clubs in the area.
A really nice thing about the apartment is the sound isolation. These walls are THICK. This is a big reason we've stayed here for as long as we have. It's hard to find an apartment where you can't hear your neighbor's phone conversations!
