It’s been 28 years since I last lived in an apartment building and living here has been everything I didn’t expect.
• Common Areas and Design: This building’s design is stunning inside and out. Maintenance is onsite daily making sure it stays clean and inviting.
• Sense of Community: Going through a mid-life transition, I was afraid I would feel alone. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Management routinely hosts social events, such as happy hour (or yappy hour for the dog lovers). Instead of... the courtesy wave, many residents know each other by name and actually enjoy bumping into one another in the elevator.
• Management - Last on my list but not last in my mind. Management here is top-notch. Rick, Geo and Linsey feel more like friends than merely a management team and they go our of their way to make residents a priority.

Going to start off by saying it was a lovely experience working with Rick and Linsey who make the community feel like home! The building itself is tastefully designed with useful amenities like a gym, golf simulator, rooftop pool with skyline views, event spaces if you like to host and unique work spaces to WFH. The location is also great- close to some of the best parks in the city, North Loop and Mill District for the culinary scene, U.S. bank stadium for Vikings games/ concerts and the light... rail for ease of transit.

amazing amenities and great staff to work with to find a home that work with your lifestyle. I worked with rick the building manager who is super knowledge on other amenities outside of the building to make Minneapolis feel more like home.

Walking up to the building I felt like I was on Gossip Girl!
This rooftop pool is a total vibe with incredible views of the city. I was able to tour a penthouse and a 1 bedroom with Linsey! That girl knows her stuff! Even the view from the rooms are stunning. The appliances included with the apartments are of good quality too which is rare. The communal spaces make it feel like a home away from home.
