How Is This Rating Determined?

safety issues - Don’t live here!

Constant shootings and large parties almost every weekend. Work orders are closed with no action. Increasing fees added to rent each year. Most amenities are never open or in a poor state of repair.

Avoid greystar they take your $$ and run!

Verified Renter

Not generally a fan of getting shot at, for one. Add to that horrendous rent rates, utilities charged at 3x what the city is charging, requiring to use a commercial trash account, and we have told everyone we could to avoid Elan, and all Greystar properties, in the future.
