Lakehaus is a gem of a building, from the timeless and relaxed aesthetic, the ultimate location, the staff, the cleanliness, the vibe, the events, and the friendly residents. Being in the industry I have seen many luxury multi family buildings and this one is top notch in all of the categories across the board.

Lakehaus Mpls is like living at a Four Seasons Hotel. The amenities and common areas are extraordinary, the design is beautiful, the construction quality is unmatched and the entire Greystar Team does a great job at what they do. I highly recommend Lakehaus!
