I have been a resident of Lakehaus for two years and it has truly changed my life. The entire community, including other residents and the management, leasing, concierge and maintenance teams do an amazing job. It is literally like staying at a high end hotel. The amenities are great, the building is always super clean and the overall sense of community living in this "vertical" neighborhood is very special.
I have already referred a few friends to the building and HIGHLY recommend... non-residents.

Lakehaus is a gem of a building, from the timeless and relaxed aesthetic, the ultimate location, the staff, the cleanliness, the vibe, the events, and the friendly residents. Being in the industry I have seen many luxury multi family buildings and this one is top notch in all of the categories across the board.

- Multiple grills and fire pits
- A commercial-grade kitchen in the expansive rooftop community room.
- Numerous... areas to gather, work, and relax
- Two coffee bars and an office center
Equally important are the leasing, management, concierge, and maintenance teams, along with the incredible residents who create a true sense of community in this "vertical neighborhood."
