I’ve really enjoyed living at Nordhaus. The amenities are top-notch, especially the rooftop pool and fitness center. The location in Northeast Minneapolis is perfect—close to restaurants, bars, and trails. Staff has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

We moved in 3 weeks ago and we have had a good experience so far. Maintenance is quick and helpful. The amenities are nice and the social gatherings are fun

Move in has generally been smooth! Some minor issues with parking and I wish there was an explanation of how to use the smart thermostat upon arrival.
