BEWARE

We have lived here for 3 years and WOW it has declined rapidly. They “remodeled” and now made it look like a motel 8!!! Our appliances are always breaking, they replace it and brakes again. Noisy neighbors who smoke cigarettes and weed, when this is a NO SMOKING building. Dog poop everywhere!! Hot tub has been broken the whole time we’ve lived here. Workout room equipment is broke and worn down, they closed it for years due to Covid and spent a whole year doing renovations. Leasing/management… Office is appointments only!!! Who does that?? The staff is a constant revolving door. Dog park is unkept. NOT WORTH THE PRICE WE PAY!!! Parking lot never gets plowed in the winter. Break ins in cars in garages and parking lot. They emailed everyone they can’t do anything about it. READ CURRENT REVIEWS!!

I would recommend Vicksburg Village Apartments. However, I would have to also recommend making sure that the renter understands the leasing terms and the penalty involved with breaking the lease.
