Know What You're Paying For

Pros:
Cheap
Kind and helpful onsite maintenance personnel

Cons:
Landlord requires checks and only does phone calls (no email, text, online payments, etc)
Interior Common Areas Not Very Clean
Outdated
Pushy Landlord
Ice Everywhere in Winter
Street Parking= damage to vehicles
Un-secure Deliveries (Had packages stolen)
Floors Creak, so be aware of neighbors above
No AC

Great building!!!

Lived there 6 years very intensive personally ran building. I’d still be renting if I hadn’t decided to buy a house. Building upkeep and maintenance are very responsive and quick to take care of problems. I highly recommend renting from this building.
