Elm Apartments

I live on the lower level and the carpets get all damp whenever it rains everything is outdated and everything is just poorly fixed lazy management I'd say it's cheap for a reason, it seems like i put in a maintenance request about something new that I find every week and also the sink in the kitchen fills up with nasty smelly water every hour there's tons of bugs i find and they live under the carpet the heaters are falling off the wall not a great place at all it may look pretty on the... outside but not so much once you get comfortable...
