Poor Management

Was a great apartment before management change, now cannot recommend to anyone. Broken garage not being fixed for about a year now. Summer there are mouse, ant, and other pest control issues. Management being super rude to residents _ not willing to solve problem but only blaming on residents.

Gym is great though :)

We are disappointed to see this review. Management has recently changed to Keeley Properties as of December 2025, and we are actively working to align Terra with the same white-glove standards we provide at all other Keeley Properties communities.... Regarding the garage, it has not been down for a year. Most work orders can be resolved promptly, but unfortunately, we are at the mercy of vendor timelines.

Failure to address safety concerns

Over 30+ car break ins in the last year. Management has reacted extremely poorly addressing these issues.

Close to everything!

Commuters will find that this place puts you close to everything you need! A lot of amenities within the building as well--package lockers, food acceptance at front desk--and a great snack stand--and utilities are bundled, there is a 2 floor gym and a GREAT business center.

Great place for a WashU/ BJC employee

This is an amazing place for the most part. On site, gym, swimming pool. The BJC building right next store has a bus that will take you all over BJC/WashU campus. Club room to rent, a theatre and many small perks that make life easier. There's a overnight security guard, and badge to enter doors so it feels super secure. Covered parking which was totally worth the extra charge, and an elevator for a 4 floor building which is nice. Maintenance is fantastic and typically shows up within... 24hrs. Very kind staff. The only issues with Terra-STL is that the place was half done when it started accepting residents 3 years ago and its extremely evident that this place cut costs when it finishing up so when it comes to amenities, specifically garbage disposals, bbq pits, and washer/dryers. A lot of these things dont work and still need to be replaced. If feels like their finally catching up on some of these things. But some things still don't work
