Felt like home
My wife and I recently toured The Clover, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, Karen and Eboni greeted us warmly.
Karen showed us around, highlighting the beautiful artwork and top-class amenities. Despite the rain, she had us pull into the garage so our family could stay dry—a thoughtful touch. From the elevators to the hallways, everything felt like a luxury hotel. The model apartment was stunning, like a high-end cruise suite, and the entire tour was exciting... .
What stood out most was Karen. She truly listened as we shared our challenges after moving from California. We felt seen and cared for, not like just another tour.
We returned to St. Louis after I became seriously ill with congestive heart failure and end-stage renal disease, requiring dialysis. During our conversation, Karen said, “You don’t look like what you’ve been through. You look like a gym bro.” That meant a lot. After over a year on dialysis, I’ve been able to come off it through faith and discipline, and her words were deeply encouraging.
Karen also offered guidance on strengthening our application, giving us hope. Whether or not we become residents, The Clover is now a dream for our family. Karen and Eboni made the experience unforgettable with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
Thank you both for making us feel welcomed, valued, and seen.
