Love it!

I’ve been living at Clayton Place for over a year now and I love it. Any time I’ve had an issue Angela is swift to reply and get it sorted. Funny enough I’ve been wanting to live here for a few years but each time I checked they were fully rented!! I finally got into a 1 bedroom and now I’m waiting for a 2 bedroom to open up so I can remain a resident here with more room to grow!

Great Property!

I have lived at Clayton Place for a few years now, and absolutely love it here. The property is well maintained, all maintenance requests are promptly taken care of and the property manager Ms. Clayton is very attentive and understanding. The neighborhood is safe and the apartments are modern and very bright!

Wonderful and appealing Property

The location is ideal and close to everything you need. The property is well maintained with clean and adequate spaces for parking and storage. Also, the property management is reliable and will respond quickly to any concern. Property management also makes efforts to continuously improve safety and building features. Submitted by IK.

This property is great!

I moved in several months ago. I like living at Clayton Place. I really enjoy that it comes with a lot of windows that make the room bright during daylight hours. It is also nice to walk around in the morning, especially in the Fall with those beautiful views. There is an awesome pizza place right at the end of the street. I always find myself getting something there if I do not like to cook.
