I love the area. The staff is very nice friendly and helpful. The noise is a bit much on the roadside. Love the pool area and also love the gym. Would definitely recommend moving in.

Great area, helpful staff, clean amenities, nice people. The gym is nice and the pool is lovely. Our apartment is lovely and the maintenance crew has been very responsive.

Broadstone Hob Hill’s management team has made my residency here for nearly 3 years a welcoming and responsive experience. The facilities, gated parking, and amenities are well-kept and modern.

The Nob Hill location is excellent for pedestrian and transportation access to the abundant entertainment, dining, shopping, medical, educational, music, airport (7-8 minutes) in the neighborhood for getting your “Kicks on Route 66,” the Mother Road, out the front door.
