Copper Hills is my first apartment and not bad in that case. However, management is awful. When you have a concern they will hang up on you in the middle of your sentence. There’s still repairs in my apartment that need to be made that I have put in a maintenance request years ago for. They will only do something if you threaten to abate your rent.

I like my place but it’s just a bit far to work for me. The price is reasonable is what keeps me here and I dislike moving.

I have had very happy times living here. I knew that everything that needed to be taken care of (Maintenance Issues) Would be resolved. My Mom was happy here, and I took care of her, and my Cat PERTH Is Happy Here Too
