Dirty hall ways. Glass doors aren’t cleaned correctly. Steps up to the apt building need to be swept or use a blower to clean the steps. They are very dirty and dangerous. Broken cement steps. Tenants use their patios for storage, notice came out patios are not to be used for storage, though it has not been enforced

Nice quiet community with friendly and professional staff. My neighbors are very friendly. If you are looking for a affordable I bedroom check Milo out. I love my apartment and look forward to coming home after work. IT WORKS FOR ME.
