Odyssey Apartments

I offer my review of the Odyssey Ridge Apartments. I have lived in many apartments over the years; however, I have never experienced such a feeling of safety, security, and compassion. The entire staff has displayed the highest level of professionalism, hospitality, and sincerity. The office staff always welcomes everyone walking through the doors with open arms and a warm smile. They tackle each resident issue with understanding and courtesy.
As a resident for a number of years, I have never... felt so comfortable and at ease as I have here. Should a maintenance issue arise, I place a call to the office, and they promptly dispatch a crew to my apartment. The maintenance crew assesses the situation upon arrival and updates me on the plan moving forward. The maintenance crew displays the highest level of professionalism and respect while fixing any issue, whether it’s a backed-up sink or electrical issue. They go above and beyond to address the situation and do not leave until the matter is resolved. Should an outside maintenance team be needed, they will explain the process and other options in detail before moving forward.
It is for these reasons that I offer this review and wish the entire staff a happy and wonderful day. Thank you for being there. Keep up the excellent service which you provide to the entire community.

Lived here 25 plus years and have never regretted it. It's been a great place to live

Everyone goes out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

Everything in my apartment is ancient, and the flooring in the main living area desperately needs to be replaced. The grounds have paper and other garbage all over, and I have yet to see anyone in building 16 putting their garbage out in the garbage container

I moved here based off of a Google search and reviews, and the fact that it’s by the police station and the fire station and Cottonwood. It’s an excellent location and I’m really happy here. It appears that the grounds are really well maintained and staff are very friendly and helpful. The parcel room is a necessity. Provides peace of mind. And I really love the community room by the office and the gym is pretty well stocked if you’re into fitness and that is really important to me.
