Everything in my apartment is ancient, and the flooring in the main living area desperately needs to be replaced. The grounds have paper and other garbage all over, and I have yet to see anyone in building 16 putting their garbage out in the garbage container

I moved here based off of a Google search and reviews, and the fact that it’s by the police station and the fire station and Cottonwood. It’s an excellent location and I’m really happy here. It appears that the grounds are really well maintained and staff are very friendly and helpful. The parcel room is a necessity. Provides peace of mind. And I really love the community room by the office and the gym is pretty well stocked if you’re into fitness and that is really important to me.

Units have been remodeled to meet higher standards. However, office staff is often rude and work orders are rarely completed properly.
