Save yourself
This place is not worth it. In the last two years they have raised rent twice and now they want you to pay utilities. The place has a bug problem, no amenities except bad management and bad neighbors. They're losing people faster than they can replace them.Walls are thin, floors creak, doors leak, no privacy, and no support like they used to have. All they seem to want now is your money. You can do better.
