The staff at Tesota Morningside totally deserves five stars!

Alexis and Jenna are awesome—they're super helpful and always on top of everything. Since I've lived here, they've always been professional, welcoming, and actually take the time to listen to us residents. It makes a huge difference having a management team that truly cares.

And the maintenance team here is top-notch too. Whenever I've had a problem, they're quick to respond and really respectful when they're working in my place....
It's rare to find a team this consistent with great service. Thanks for all your hard work, everyone! I'd totally recommend living here just based on the service, but I also love
that the property is always well-kept, quiet, and safe.

I am 82 years old and retired on a very limited income. My apartment is "unrenovated", yet clean with fresh paint, like new flooring and appliances. I appreciate being on the first floor (no stairs). Mostly, I appreciate the space - large airy rooms, pleanty of natural light, huge walk-in closet, linen closet and medicine cabinet. The appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and gas. Management is friendly, responsive and professional. I have enjoyed my first year back in... Albuquerqre and at Tesota Morningside.
