I love living here. The staff is wonderful and very pleasant, and maintenance takes care of problems right away! The kitchen is a perfect size and has a lot of counter space! Great if you like to bake and cook like I do!

I’ve had a great experience with the staff here. The maintenance team is always quick and kind, and Haley has been amazing — she’s easy to talk to, super helpful, and always on top of things. I really appreciate how supportive everyone has been.

We really like it here! They really do take care of everything! The apartment is pretty good shape, and I love the included heat, cable, and Internet. The staff is excellent and responsive. The parking is convenient. We're planning on staying a while. I only have a few criticisms: the exercise center needs new equipment and the concrete walkways are not in the best shape. Switching to calcium chloride from standard rock salt would help with that. Our kitchen cabinets and rugs are starting to... show their age too. They do address most concerns in a timely fashion so I imagine that these issues will be cleared up eventually.

These apartments are old, but the cost of the apartment is around the same of the newer ones that have hard wood floors & updated appliances (stove, fridge & dishwasher are at least 10+ years old). What you see in the pictures is NOT the case for all apartments cause when we asked why our's didn't' look like the ones advertised, we were told we had to pay extra for them to upgrade us (not worth that extra cost when they raised our rent again by close to $100 for a new year). Wish our patio was... nicer & that the entry way had clear glass instead of frosted glass so you can see if someone is coming in/out of the building, especially when you are coming in with your dog & someone is walking out with theirs (to many run ins & close calls for fights).
Other then that, it's an ok property & the staff seems to be nice & quick to respond.

lived at village green for a year through 2020-2021 and everything was excellent. it was the third apartment complex i’d lived in and was really fantastic. staff was friendly and helpful, apartments were clean and well-maintained and the grounds were always very well-kept. a beautiful place to live and i highly recommend it
