Amenities shrink but cost of apartments goes up over $100/mo. Bathrooms full of mold. Constantly have to call maintenance out. Appliances from the 70's. Cheap carpet. At least once a season you will have to cal in sick to work due to them not plowing the snow. During major storms maintenance will not be plowing overnight. They start at 6am at front buildings if you have to work early and are in back you're out of luck.

Beautiful grounds, pet friendly and they have staff that is helpful and maintain the apartments very well. Also feel very safe here.

I was really excited about moving in here as overall I love the look and layout of the apartments. The major downside is the management; they do not really care about the tenants. I had a few things that needed fixed when we moved in and for most of them we were told essentially “that’s just the way it is.” I was trying to get away from poor management where I lived before and the management here is not a whole lot better. Hi. I've lived on the bottom floor apartment for about 2 yrs and overall management is friendly and they try hard to fix things but I would NOT recommend the downstairs due to rodents getting in. Mine were getting in and out from behind the dishwasher so they had to pull dishwasher out and found 2 holes in the wall. They stuffed the holes with steelwool. I hope this works!. The rodents were mice and Voles. They harbor a lot of bacteria and can be fatal to pets and humans if bitten.… Unfortunately my cat only likes to watch them. She won't kill them.
