I couldn't even find out information about scheduling a tour. My initial email was met with a dismissive response and no information about other options for scheduling. I don't live in the area, so I wanted to ensure I had something set up before traveling, but maybe they aren't interested in people inquiring in this way.

We love the layout of our 3 bedroom townhouse. The management could have a better system for after hours maintenance problems and stop raising our rent every year, but all in all we like it.
