Rented for almost 2 years

I really liked living here it was a quiet community and they did good with snow removal in the winter. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The only thing is that if you live below an apartment you can hear the residents above walking. I lived on the first floor and sometimes the toilet overflowed but maintenance was on call and fixed it. The pool is not open as much in the summer but it was nice when it was. The gym was pretty clean too.

Can't say enough great things!

Kayla and staff,
First off I want to thank you so much for being so good to us for the past 6 years. Everyone has always been there whenever we needed anything. The office staff is always on top of everything and the maintenance staff has been there the same day when we've needed them. I have loved living in our apartment. Kayla, thank you again for everything you have done! I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and now it is time to pop the cork on this champagne and… celebrate my new beginning. Thank you for being a part of my journey.

Harborside is a beautiful place to call home

Harborside Manor has been my home since 1999. Everything in my apartment makes for a very pleasant home. The staff does a great job taking care of their responsibilities. They are prompt and nice to deal with. The maintenance staff is attentive, and always comes to complete repairs with a "can do" attitude. My neighbors are nice folks. The property is safe, clean, and the flower beds in the summer are beautiful. The ladies in the office are kind, and always willing to help. I highly recommend… this community if you are looking for a new home. God bless.

i used to live there but one of my neighbour complained about bed bugs and my lease was about to end i didnt extend just left.good luck to other tenants

Great Place to Call Home!

Dear Kayla and Staff at Harbor Side Manor,
I would like to let you and your Staff know how much My Husband and I have enjoyed our 10 years at Harbor Side Manor.
When we sold our House in 2008, We were lucky enough to find another 'Home' which has been a positive experience for us.
Our 2 Bedroom Apartment is a good size for us, The Master Bedroom is large and our Balcony is amazing.
Appreciation to the entire staff who are Wonderful and Friendly and are always willing to help us with any… concerns and We couldn't ask for more…and if We did they would be there!
The grounds are always kept up nice and mowed every week and snow removal is always taken care of throughout the winter months.
There is a playground and large swimming pool that our Grandson enjoys in the Summer which is always clean and safe for him and Everyone…In the Village there are many places to visit and Eat, but 2 of my Favorites are Heids and Onondaga Lake Parkway which are just down the Street from us.
Since we moved here in 2008, there have been many renovations done to Exterior and Interior, which includes a Secure Entry for Tenants, which helps us to feel safe in our Apartment Building.
