Rotting, Moldy basement that is flooded. Unit looks ok at first but soon the cracks show and everything might as well be held together with spit and mud. The office will lie to you about crime rate and maintenance- they only care about money.

The place falling apart, I complained about mice’s and they never did nothing about it, there’s mold, the ceilings all have cracks because of how old the building is, they do not care, all they care about is the money, bathroom tiles falling off, there’s bugs, the office people are rude and unprofessional

Don't move here. All they care about is money. There is always standing water in the basements with mold and bugs. The laundry machine are down there and they hardly ever work and when they do they flood the floors. It's absolutely disgusting. The entire place is falling apart. My entire ceiling above my tub fell into my tub a few times. They never fixed it right. I was afraid to shower. The woman in the office are liars. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. I have lived at grant Village Apt for 10 years . The maintenance guys are great, the office staff are pleasant. It’s a nice complex , not very modern and no ceiling fan to my knowledge although I would love one . The only down fall is dogs I will be truthful they say nothing over 45 lb and no pit bulls but if you walk around you will see larger dog and pit bull. Not all but some residents let them out with no leashes and most residents do not pick up after there dog . They let them do there… business where ever. You can notify the office the staff even have stations up to get a free little bag to take on your walk but not much help . Over all I like it here my building is great lawn well taken care of .
