DO NOT RECOMMEND LOCATION TRY ANOTHER DHM PROPERTY
Literally the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life! Let’s start off with the mold it’s so bad they try to cover it up with paint but you can still see it! The basement consistently flood which is no point in using because all of your things will be destroyed! Maintenance is a joke most of those guys attempt to repair things while they’re high or drunk so it never gets repaired properly. Oh and the property manager Stephanie a straight joke you report an issue to her she does not care… to resolved the issues she try to used reverse physiology to try to get you not to report them. The property manager is very rude argumentative and ignorant and does not care about the tenants definitely a bad look for the company! I would not recommend this property to anyone even if this was the last place on earth! If you don’t want to deal with mold, a property manager who does not care and blame you for the issues after a day of moving in, rodents, and bug issues I definitely suggest to look elsewhere! DHM is not a bad company and have several different options I definitely would not recommend this location! All the positive reviews definitely seems fake after personal experience!
