Saddle Club

Honestly this place is great, I absolutely ADORE maintenance. I have three kids and they’re (maintenance) literally so sweet and playful when they’re here! The team is insanely friendly! The leasing office is also SUPER on top of things, the only thing I don’t like is their phone systems but that’s not their fault!

The company also has new siding and windows done on several buildings! It’s PHENOMENAL and I was so excited! The outside looks a lot nicer and so does the inside!

The only thing... I’m not a huge fan of is the other renters here, they’re rude and don’t care about their responsibilities for maintaining things. They’re loud and always honking their horns, loud music, loud EVERYTHING and some of the neighbors are just WEIRD and always peaking out their windows like watching people. I DO NOT feel unsafe though! I will say that has never been an issue living here!

The apartment is decent overall, definitely gave it the landlord special when they renovated. Maintenance is very quick and helpful, the office staff is nice and very responsive to issues/questions.

However, DO NOT move here if you don’t like kids or you want peace and quiet. They’re everywhere, constantly screaming and yelling, playing in peoples backyards with no supervision and no respect for others personal space. If you don’t mind that then this is the place for you!

Saddle Club is easily the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The units and the property are very nice but that's not even the best part. For me, the best part was that the apartment management and staff are very accountable and detail oriented. All maintenance (whether routine or requested) was done quickly and correctly. In general, they treat their residents like human beings and seem to genuinely care if their residents are happy.

This is a spacious townhouse in a quiet and safe location. Close driving distance to shopping. Maintenance is great and will come at a speedy pace. They allow you to decorate as you wish. Highly recommend.

Currently starting my third year at Saddle Club and I love it! Great community. Quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious and plenty of room feel at home. Full basement with washer/dryer hook up is a huge perk! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Grounds and Maintenance crew are top-notch. No complaints. Would recommend to anyone!
