Parking

Lack of parking places I heard the Management here and through the Town of MMarcellus they are going to eliminate 10 parking spaces in front of Building A put several Electric Vehicle charging Stations in there place. If that's the case where am I supposed to park my car. I'm 70 years old and retired.

Not the best....

The main issue is that management ignores legitimate complaints. Dogs running around unleashed, hallways need fresh paint, people putting trash/recyclables in hallways or right outside the buildings. Personal items left in the courtyard area making it look trashy...there's more but you get the idea

only move here if you want to live with cockroaches

The main office is a joke, absolutely catty, just rude and disrespectful. Lying, no communication whatsoever and this has been a nightmare. Just ask the neighbors. We ALL have horrible stories to tell.

Best Apartment I've Lived In

This apartment is great and well worth the rent. Maintenance is friendly and addresses issues quickly. Front office always follows up on issues and is available to answer questions. Your rent is actually being used to upgrade the building (they are in the process of replacing windows right now) AND includes all utilities but electric plus cable and internet. Neighbors are friendly. The complex is right next to the beautiful park, which was perfect for my pup! (Other dogs in complex were very… friendly and the grounds were clean of dog waste with several disposal areas in the complex). If I didn't have to move I would have stayed here forever!

Don't Move In.

Worst place I have ever lived. Maintenance crew was the only good thing about this place. But, rental office went down hill when the old manager left. I moved out as soon as my lease was up. If you like having consistent problems then this place is the one for you.
