Winton House Senior Apartments

The Property Manager is lazy and does not care about the property, grounds or tenants. The hot water constantly is out and one particular time we had no hot water for 7 days and all we got were excuses. This issue still occurs. The building is supposed to be a secured building, it's not. The back door stays broke and last year didn't have a door knob on it at all for 5 months. Vehicles get broken into packages get stolen. The property manager constantly lies like he's going to view the cameras... but guess what.... there are no cameras. They have had two rent increases during Covid. Without any upgrades to the property. Tenants put out cigars on the hallway carpet, smoke drugs in the hallways and sell them inside and outside the building. Read More
