Mobile home trailer park! Not apartments.
This is NOT an apartment complex! It's a mobile home park with over 520 lots! It's a zoo in here. Typical mobile home living at its best if that's possible? New management about every 2 years or less! They don't last long in here! Many children and juveniles in here that run wild and unsupervised! Butler County Sheriff patrolled nightly paid for by the park!

Don't move in here
I have lived here more than 15years and have watched it go downhill. The police are in here on a daily basis. Your stuff will disappear off your lot if it is not chained down. It is impossible to get the street cleaned after a snow. But, you better pay your rent on time!
