No maintenance
Management avoids doing any maintenance. Property is not looked after. Trash overflowing. Parking lot flood.

Horrible
These are 50 plus year old apartment's, they raise the rent yearly with nothing improved, they also do not return any call's and the maintenance man is way overwhelmed so they never get to your request's and he also has a real bad attitude. It has wallpaper on the inside that has been stained by nicotine when people use to smoke there. If you are looking for a shanty shack then this is the place.

Thistlewood Apts 45385 Is Maintained.
If it is winter as snow removal or if maintaince is needed responsive and also matters corrected promptly.Grounds or Laundry Facility is cleaned regularly or routine daily minimizes build.Areas that soround as renters to homeowners are to ones owns pertaining.
