Hallway Pool The hallway smells like a dumpster - trash has been in front of doors for weeks, floor could use a power wash. Are the property managers walking the grounds?
The pool closure for close to a week during the summer with no explanation or alternate option/reimbursement is a reason we will consider a new building at lease end.

The Standard The Standard provides an enjoyable living experience. A few things that good change are we could use some new pool furniture. Some of the chairs are ripped in the seating area. We could also use more chairs and loungers.
It would be nice to get the hallway in Bldg 4 power washed where trash bags have leaked in front of Apt 4117 and down the hallway

I have repeatedly requested a final account statement, detailed charge breakdown, and payment due date, yet my requests have largely been ignored. Despite multiple follow-ups, obtaining basic documentation needed to understand the charges on my account has been unnecessarily difficult.
What was most frustrating was the lack of continuity between the business manager and office staff. Different employees provided different explanations regarding charges, and information shared in one... conversation often did not match what was communicated later. This created confusion and made it nearly impossible to resolve concerns efficiently.
Residents should not have to send multiple reminders just to receive a final statement and explanation of charges.

Living at The Standard Apartments has truly felt like coming home. From day one, I’ve been so impressed not just by how beautiful and modern the property is, but by how welcoming and comfortable it feels. The grounds are always well-kept, the common areas are clean and thoughtfully designed, and there’s just an overall warmth here that makes it special.
One of my favorite things is that internet is included — it’s such a stress reliever to have it ready to go without any extra hassle.
The... management team does a wonderful job creating a positive living experience, and it shows. I’m so happy I chose to live here. If you’re looking for a place that feels both high-quality and genuinely

I lived here for two years, made perfect payments, minimal service request - when it was time to move out I worked with their leasing staff and signed a short term lease for 3 months saying I will not renew after so i have time to find a place. When moveout day came they told me I'm locked in for another two months due to non renewal time frame.
Why did they not recommend I just stay the required two months originally? And why not respect the original notice?
To me this appears to be nothing... short of a last minute cash grab from a once reliable tenant. And a completely untrustworthy and incapable leasing staff. I would highly recommend not living here nor trusting the staff have your best interest in mind.
