Mold due to HVAC

Mold infestation due to months of HVAC problems. Some HVAC registers are not even connected and do not blow any air. My apartment AC broke multiple times while living here. The inside became hot and humid. No fans or dehumidifiers were provided while maintenance was waiting on parts. A few months later I discovered massive amounts of mold on my belongings. Brand new furniture that I had delivered to Luxe was covered in mold. Renters insurance denied the claim because they only cover mold damage… from broken pipes. The manager at Luxe has stated that they will not cover the damage to my belongings. I have lost nearly all of my furniture due to this and my apartment indoor humidity is still regularly over 60%. It was at 82% before I removed the damp rugs. Paint is peeling from the walls. If you live here and are having similar issues please contact me. You can buy a hydrometer for under $20 to check the humidity in your unit. The hallway carpet is also always covered in stains and grime.

We take concerns regarding the condition of our residents’ homes very seriously, and we are disappointed to see this characterization of the situation, as it does not accurately reflect the documented inspections and findings regarding your home… .

Our management and maintenance teams have conducted multiple inspections and follow-up visits, completed items brought to our attention, and continued to document and monitor conditions within the apartment. Most recently, the home was also inspected by a City inspector, who advised our team that the apartment and its systems were operational and functioning properly and did not identify an inoperable condition within the home.

We understand that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, and we respect your ability to share your experience. However, we also believe it is important that our response reflect the findings that have been documented through the inspections conducted.

Our team remains available to communicate with you directly regarding your residency and any outstanding concerns.

Great staff and maintenance

Been living in apartments for over 15 years and I’ve been at luxe for the past 3. I have to say this has been one of the best places I have ever lived and where there is a staff that also remembers me. Everyone knows me by name, they’re very kind and welcoming and they throw amazing events. And can’t forget about Joe and his team that keep this place running in top condition. I just renewed for the 3rd time and I’m looking forward to another term here. Highly recommend if you want a real place… to call home

Best Apartment Complex EVER

Everything about this apartment complex is the best. From the maintenance team, to the leasing team, the resident events they host, it feels like the perfect place to call home. Everyone strives to give you the best customer service. It's located in a beautiful calm and quiet area and there are so many major cities around so you can always find something fun to do. I've never had an apartment experience like this and I feel so lucky to have found a place that I will be calling home for a very… long time. Thank you Luxe at Mercer Crossing!!

Very homie community

I am a current resident at The Luxe at Mercer crossing, all I can say is that I am pleased with how engaging and active the community is. From resident events to the beautiful luxurious amenities such as a gym and pool plus a volleyball court everything is great. They do resident events twice per month, you’ll feel like home here not just another apartments. Special shout out to Joseph from the Leasing office.
