Review

I've lived here for about 3 months now and wanted to share my thoughts. Before moving in, I noticed some reviews mentioning gate issues. Personally, I haven't really had any problems with it. The license plate reader can be a little picky, and sometimes you have to get fairly close for it to recognize your plate, but there's also an app as a backup. I'd rather have a gate that's secure and occasionally needs a second try than one that's always open.

The community is well kept, the amenities are... nice, resident events are enjoyable, and the office staff has always been welcoming. Actually, one of the biggest reasons I've enjoyed living here is the staff, especially Zoe. She has always been super friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I have questions or need anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about your understanding, and if she doesn't have an answer right then and there, she follows up as soon as she can.

Overall, my experience has been pretty good! I'm excited to see how things go.

THE MANSIONS

Love this community! If you know anything about north Dallas living, you know this place is a gem. Beautiful residential area, very green and a lake next to it! Well kept apartments, clean, and the leasing staff is full of cool individuals, Diego was the gentleman that assisted me and was awesome at his job. If you’re looking in the area, this place is a great choice!

Good Staff/Clean Property

My wife and I recently renewed our lease, and that decision was easy because we've genuinely enjoy living here. The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly.

Overall, we're very happy with our experience here and look forward to another year in the community. If you're considering moving here, we highly recommend it!

LOVE IT!

I moved in a month ago, and so far, my experience has been great. I really appreciate how well maintained and clean the pool area and all other areas are. Since I work from home, it's nice to have a quiet community where I can relax and unwind after the workday. I haven't had any maintenance issues since moving in, and the team has been wonderful and very helpful. I also enjoy the Friday food trucks, they're a great addition and make the community feel even more welcoming.
