I love living at 2626 Fountainview. The staff is friendly and readily available to help. My maintenance requests are always met quickly, and the grounds are kept extremely clean. I love the amenities the best.

Everyone was very sweet and helpful I most definitely I’m going to get an apartment here once my lease is over in four months Lanisha thank you so much for showing me all of the amenities and model. I really appreciate you for writing all the prices down for me. I have went to other properties and they just seemed like I was bothering them, but you all were very welcoming such a great staff thank you so much for all your help.

This property is very well maintained. I did a tour and you can tell that the staff puts a lot of time and effort in the upkeep. One of the best properties I have taken a tour of since searching for a place.

Stopped by the apartment and was very impressed, bedrooms are extremely big and the amenities are awesome. The office staff was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile

The rent is decent, but I experienced several issues from the start—difficulties with the application/portal setup, parking, and the unit not being fully move-in ready (trash and hair left behind). Safety was also a concern with no patio door security bar or fire extinguisher initially, though that was later addressed.
