The safety, the environment, maintenance does nothing at all. My daughter refrigerator goes out constantly. Thousands of dollars of groceries have been wasted monthly because maintenance man will come in unplug the refrigerator and plug it back up or she has to plug it back up when she returned home and nothing happens. It’s the same broken refrigerator or it goes from unit to unit. There’s trash in the hallways. The common area outdoors look like a prison set up. I’m enjoying it so much it’s a perfect little spot for myself not to big not to just right you guys are pet friendly even with a nice courtyard

A little loud but has amazing amenities and staff for a good price. Cleanly and looks great too, only other issue i can think of is that the furnishings had minor dings and scratches when I moved in. Nothing that bothers me though, it would only be an issue if the property manager made it one.

It’s a nice place. The amenities are nice and the place is really clean. The leasing agents respond pretty quickly. I haven’t been here that long but from what I’ve seen and compared to my last apartment, they’re doing a good job here.

Friendly staff very good at communicating my first time renting and they helped me out every step of the way I’m looking forward to my stay here the whole entire process has been easy it’s been great!
