Overall, Greenwood Forest is a great place to live if you’re looking for a comfortable community with excellent customer service and a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in North Houston!

Wonderful place to live! The location is very convenient, with many shopping centers nearby and access to a great school district. The neighborhood feels safe, welcoming, and perfect for families.

I’ve had a very good experience living here(3 years ), and the staff truly make this place feel comfortable and well-managed. Elise, the manager, is always professional, kind, and quick to help with anything I need. Anabell is also wonderful,friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist.
The maintenance team is fast, reliable, and respectful especially Hector.Every time I put in a request, they handle it quickly and correctly.
Overall, this is a clean, safe, and well-run community with a... great team. I’m very happy here and highly recommend it.

For what you pay in rent here, you should NOT be dealing with roach infestation. It's really depressing being here, as I'm not used to living like this. Whatever their exterminator uses doesn't work. I've had to spend about $36 in the last week on Home Defense and Combat Max to see if I can get rid of these roaches. I'm over it!

At first everything seemed fine but have issues with the office just not wanting to help me resolve an issue even though it really would not inconvenience them at all. Called corporate and no answer. Definitely moving out as soon as I can. I am even willing to break my lease. I have been in this apartment complex for 3 months. The lady who is no longer here was super nice and helpful but now no one wants to help. It's horrible. Do not recommend it.
