Poor service Does not answer calls and has not returned my calls several times. It took one month to replace a broken dryer in my son’s apartment

Needs major improvement. ?????

I would not recommend San Cierra Luxury Apartments to anyone. My experience has been marked by ongoing maintenance issues, poor property upkeep, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a management team that seems more focused on collecting fees than resolving resident concerns.

Over the course of my tenancy, I have had to send numerous emails regarding maintenance problems and concerns about the condition of the property. Many issues required repeated follow-ups,... and some were not addressed with the urgency they deserved. For the amount residents pay in rent, basic maintenance and communication should not be a constant battle.

The property grounds are frequently not maintained to the standard one would expect from a community that markets itself as “luxury.” Residents are expected to uphold community standards, yet management appears unwilling or unable to consistently maintain those same standards throughout the property.

The final straw was a recent towing incident involving my guests. I attempted to register their vehicles for visitor parking, only to discover that the account I had previously established was suddenly inaccessible and showed no record of my information. As a result, my guests’ vehicle was towed, creating a significant financial burden and unnecessary stress. Management has shown little concern for the inconvenience caused.

What is particularly troubling is the apparent inconsistency in how community policies are enforced. Rules seem to apply differently depending on the situation, which creates frustration and leaves residents feeling unfairly targeted. Policies should be enforced fairly and consistently across the board, not selectively.

Residents deserve responsive management, timely maintenance, clear communication, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at San Cierra Luxury Apartments. San Cierra I appreciate all that you do to continue to make this place clean Beautiful and family oriented. I especially thank you for making space with parking, whoever came up with that idea is just awesome. It is not alot of traffic going in and out so i thank you and your staff

I've lived here for a little less than a year, the community is so nice. Maintenance requests are fast, and I will be renewing my lease. Management is very helpful and responsive. Have basically 0 complaints.

Management is difficult to work with. No parking spot (google map it). I had a roach issue. I made maintenance request about once a week. This complex should really work on revamping the units.
