I give a 3 because since living here the complex has raised rents but not the maintenance of the community. The back gate has been broken for months and these rules about parking passes for residents and their guests are an inconvenience and then the limitation on how many cars you can have is very inconvenient.

I’ve been living at Mission Ranch for a while now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like home from the moment you walk in. The landscaping is always on point, and the entire complex is clean and welcoming.
The amenities are a huge plus—especially the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. I also really appreciate how responsive and friendly the management team is. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s... been handled quickly and professionally.
Parking is convenient, neighbors are respectful, and it’s in a great location—close to shops, restaurants, and with easy freeway access.
If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-run place to live, I highly recommend Mission Ranch!

Overall good community. The office staff Never answers the phone to assist residents. I’ve maybe got someone to answer 4-5 the year I’ve been a resident. The maintenance work orders turn around SUCKS.
