Very quiet apartment complex. Office staff will answer questions when you go in person to ask questions. This is a pet friendly place and everyone has fur babies but you rarely hear barking.

Upon moving in, the unit was not made ready, still had cabinets full with items from previous tenant, dirty and needing repairs. The washer had no running hot water for nearly 2 months despite making verbal report to management. The washer is a nightmare and continues to damage our clothes, among other things. The refrigerator went bad and didn't not have one for more than 2 weeks. The microwave went bad and no replacement over 1 month despite requests and reccommedations by technicians. The... stove does not work properly and cooking a simple breakfast can take 45-60 minutes. Areas surrounding office are clean; however, not areas to your apartment. Multiple equipment does not work and/or is broken, missing in the gym. Nice club house, but furniture and equipment to pool table are broken. I’m in my second year living here, and I still love this place as much as I did the first day I decided to move here. I really like the neighborhood and the sunsets on my balcony

The gates stays open and people don’t pick up from their pets (I almost step in some dog mess. The tow service is to expensive and not fair to us.

The best stay I've ever had! A very pleasant place and the shops are very close. It's in a great location, very clean, friendly neighbors, beautiful. I can't ask for more. I truly recommend it. Come here!
