Larkspur at Creekside a 55+ Active Adult C... Apartments

I’ve only been here a little over a week but I can tell you the residents here are so nice and friendly. I’ve yet to pass anyone in the halls or outside in the parking area that didn’t give me a smile, a welcoming greeting or assistance when needed. My next door neighbors ‘Sherry and Russ’ offered their Dolly so my Uncle could carry a console for my TV to my apt on the third floor. I am very satisfied here. The management people are vary nice and helpful.

Larkspur is a comfortable facility and the staff is very friendly. Residents create community activities in addition to the staff sponsored activities.

My cottage and resident interaction is great.The grounds are still unkept the only thing that gets done is the mowing.
The weeds keep reseeding, plants keep dying without replacing and no mulch. Activities keep getting canceled, so there is no need for an activities director anymore. Those funds could be spent in other much needed areas.

I love the community here. There are so many amenities available. The best part though is the friendships I have developed. Everyone is so happy to help out when you need them.
