Overall, Arrive Alexandria has been good for the last few year. The only thing I ask is to handle the package delivery issue. I have lost about 7-8 packages over the last 5 month. They will need to block that little area where the delivery folks drop the package in the lobby. Have a big sign that say put the package either in the locker box or delivery to their door.

I loved the maintenance guys they were always on top of getting to us to fix any problem we had. Most recently we have had a pest issue that was supposed to be fixed but after we still had an issue.

The elevators are always broken down and cockroaches are everywhere, it's disgusting and definitely not worth the price of rent that they're asking.

There is inefficiency in exterior cleaning, especially in parking areas, as well as deficiencies in the organization and assignment of parking spaces. There are also overall deficiencies in maintenance and general cleaning.
