Lived here for 2 years now and generally enjoy the apartments. I am in a 5th floor apartment, so I can't comment about the noise. However, my downstairs neighbor did bang on the ceiling when my 2 year old nephew was just walking with his little feet.

The only criticism is the fire alarms being too peace piercing for a light sleeper like me but what can I do about that? At least they warned us when they were ringing them during a test this time.
Otherwise it’s convenient for transportation and amentities.

Overall, appreciate the Fraiser community but the continued issues with the freight elevator being down almost daily and issues with the printer/computer are incredibly frustrating. We pay an amenity fee for a reason. The elevator issues need to be addressed.

Just moved in and everything is wonderful so far! The leasing office staff were very responsive, patient and caring as I made my infra- state move. All questions were answered in a timely manner and they made everything go smoothly.

The apartment building is absolutely wonderful and in such a great location. Doesn’t have the crazy business of much of the other neighborhoods. Super close to the river so beautiful views and access to the pedestrian/biking path.
