Not only does this apartment have amazing views, great layouts, and access to the best coffee (shout out Isa), the management team here is amazing. The View is such a fantastic apartment complex! Great management and staff! We love it here! The space is very modern and the windows give the apartment so much light! Truly such a beautiful space!

Our experience living at The View has been very positive so far. The staff are excellent at handling requests and are always helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever there’s a problem.

However, one concern is living alongside neighbors with dogs. While The View is a pet-friendly apartment, some tenants misuse this privilege by allowing their dogs to pee around the apartment grounds and amenities, or by walking them off-leash (in the building, & amenities area) despite posted rules and... policies. As a result, the courtyard and the backdoor exit occasionally smell unpleasant, and the lobby before was stink, though it has been masked with air fresheners. Read More

Great area to live in. Very helpful staff. There is always somewhere to eat if you want to go out. Great park right next to the building. Easy access to the new Harris teeter.
