Vantage Mosaic

We really enjoy living here and have for 6 years. We were disappointed though in the resolution of the water usage problem we had in August 2025. During the one month period the Studebaker bill indicated that we used 1400 gallons of water in the billing cycle. This is unusual because for the entire 30 day period we were not in the apartment. Vantage maintenance folks checked our plumbing and found no leaks and Studebaker inspected the water meter and found no issues there. At the Property... Managers (Crystal), I checked the prior six years statements covering the periods when we were in Maine for extended periods of time and most of the bills showed less than 100 gallons usage during those periods and one even showed only 10 gallons usage. So, something happened this year. Rather than give us a refund of the $22 dollar bill, Crystal suggested we see what our bills are like this summer. The experience as a resident here has been great so far, with a few minor exceptions mostly with management turnover without continuation of consistent apartment rules/actions

Love Vantage. I’ve lived here for 5 years and it’s the best community I’ve ever lived in. I highly recommend it. The location is perfect in Mosaic and the price is fair compared to the other neighboring communities.

Excellent apartment units and customer service, especially from Crystal and Nina, who helped me out with a question I had! I highly recommend living here.

Just a great place to live. Staff are friendly and usually very responsive. Amenities, especially the gym, are quite good. Facilities are always clean. Definitely recommend the place.
