Rent somewhere. Worst tenant service
Recently the property changed hands and they setup a new portal. They didn't automatically port over the tenant details. My auto-debit for the rent from my bank on first of every month was setup on the old portal. I was out of town for a couple of weeks and when I came back I realized I was late on rent. Reason: I had to set up the payment details again on the new portal for the new management. Not my fault. I had to pay a 10% late fee on the rent. My pleas to see my good rental history and to... waive the late fees as a goodwill gesture fell on deaf ears. Absolutely no customer service. A rip-off.
